The responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Executive at McKay can vary day-to-day as the Marketing team are required to be both reactive and proactive in their efforts to position McKay as a leader within the electro-technology sector. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns: that align with our overall marketing objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Managing the company websites: to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Regularly creating blog content, monitoring website performance, and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
- Creating and managing social media: accounts across various platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube). Creating engaging content, scheduled posts, and monitor social media analytics to optimize future performance.
- Email Newsletter: Planning, creating, and distributing the internal monthly newsletter for all staff across the McKay group.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis: to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape. Using insights to produce actionable recommendations and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with internal teams: to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms. This includes working closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing digital assets and coordinating with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Monitoring and optimizing digital marketing performance: through various analytics tools, track the key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
