Our Approach

What distinguishes McKay’s delivery of this contract is the integration of data management with on-the-ground operations. The contract is run as a genuinely data-led service, McKay’s data management team works in close coordination with site staff, the supervisor, and the contracts manager to ensure RAMM records are consistently accurate and compliant across every job. Alongside RAMM, McKay utilises its own Asset Management portal to capture all maintenance activity, delivering a fully paperless solution to the council.
