After completing multiple electrical projects in Wellington, including the design and installation of the electric propulsion system for Wellington’s Ika Rere, McKay established its Wellington branch in 2022 in response to increasing requests from clients for our electrical construction services in the region.
McKay is actively engaged in maintenance and streetlight renewal projects in the region, including recent work along the Wellington waterfront. We are also finalising the design and mobilisation for wastewater infrastructure projects. These projects will utilise our automation, instrumentation, and power system experience gained nationally to help deliver critical infrastructure in Wellington.
With our in-house capabilities and access to McKay’s national resources, our Wellington team provides innovative electrical solutions across industrial, commercial, and government sectors. We expertly oversee the entire project life cycle, from electrical design and installation to maintenance and ongoing support.
