McKay has carried out a number of significant projects around New Zealand in the timber industry. Clients have included:

• Electrical/control system design and build of a complete greenfield laminated veneer lumber (LVL) plant.
• Electrical/control system design and build of a woodchip export loading facility.
• Electrical/control system design and build of a woodchip load in system.
