Conceptual Design

McKay offers full electrical engineering services through our in-house team of engineers and designers.

Our electrical engineers will work with the client, and other engineering contractors (such as mechanical and civil engineering consultants) in the development of conceptual electrical and control system design to meet the client's needs.

McKay can develop project electrical and control specifications, including the details of appropriate equipment.

McKay can work with the client in developing request for proposal, or request for tender documents that can be issued to prospective tenderers. McKay can also be involved in the tender evaluation (providing we have no conflicts of interest).

Detailed Design

Our design office undertakes detailed electrical engineering and design using our experinced team of electrical engineers, automation and control engineers, and CAD designers. McKay will produce all relevant project documentation including:

• Electrical drawings.
• Operator and maintenance manuals.
• Functional descriptions, and specifications.
• Bill of materials
